I like to think of myself as an idealist in accessibility. I imagine a future where my role is no longer needed because people naturally support one another. Until then, I work to ensure that everyone can engage with digital media and technology in an independent and confident way.

My journey has taken me from design to engineering and to collaborating with people from diverse communities. I have learned that the greater barrier is not differences in disability, language, or culture, but the absence of empathy. Within the organizations and teams I join, my goal is to be a bridge that helps close this empathy gap and build digital experiences that are open and welcoming to everyone.

Outside of digital media, I spend weekends running with Philly Achilles, sharing conversations and miles with people who are blind and visually impaired. These moments remind me that accessibility is not only about standards but about connection, dignity, and belonging.
